why maven didn't configure the right classpath? Do it need to specify the classpath for every dependency I use manually when I run the jar?

You need to have an uber jar to run. Because the JVM needs to have all the necessary dependencies to run.

Add below plugin to your pom.xml:

            <plugin>
                <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
                <artifactId>maven-shade-plugin</artifactId>
                <version>2.3</version>
                <executions>
                    <!-- Run shade goal on package phase -->
                    <execution>
                        <phase>package</phase>
                        <goals>
                            <goal>shade</goal>
                        </goals>
                        <configuration>
                            <transformers>
                                <!-- add Main-Class to manifest file -->
                                <transformer implementation="org.apache.maven.plugins.shade.resource.ManifestResourceTransformer">
                                    <mainClass>PATH_TO_YOUR_MAIN_CLASS</mainClass>
                                </transformer>
                            </transformers>
                        </configuration>
                    </execution>
                </executions>
            </plugin>

Provide your main class in the plugin. Build. And then use the jar inside the target folder having the highest size.
