After migrating to an Apple M1, my app doesn't start anymore

Question

1 year ago I developed an application. The latest update I published was 2 months ago. Since then, I switched from a MacBook Pro 2017 to an Apple Air M1. Today, I wanted to make some updates to this app so I cloned my private Git repository, installed the required tools (Flutter, Android Studio, ...) I am unable to launch the app. Many developers seem to encounter the issue and a flutter clean + flutter get commands seem to fix it but not for me.

can you provide which code might get those errors in your project? can you provide it? Also after showing through your log might be a chewie dependence errors and some syntax errors. — Tushar Patel, Aug 24 '21 at 06:33
That's the main problem which I didn't specify in my question and I should have specified it. I neither have a code with these properties (resizeToAvoidBottomPadding, ...) nor the chewy dependency. It might be one of my dependency that requires chewie, but I can't find which one. — , Aug 24 '21 at 06:52
I think your app using video_player: dependency and chewie is required for that — Tushar Patel, Aug 24 '21 at 07:00
It seem like `chewie` is hitting null safety issues. You can use `dart pub outdated --mode=null-safety` to check state of your package — Sam Chan, Aug 24 '21 at 08:22

Check your available devices by command "adb devices", if it shows adb not recognized then add User Variable PATH: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\platform-tools and restart cmd

removing the gradle cache helped for me, you can find the steps here How to clear gradle cache?

then run 'flutter clean' and 'flutter pub get'

Restore the android setting to the defaults
If the app is installed on the emulator, delete it first
After that run flutter clean + flutter get
