<input type="text" list="airports" name="airports">
<datalist id="airports">
<option value="Berlin">
<option value="Los Angeles">
<option value="Moscow">
<option value="Paris">
</datalist>
<input type="submit" value="confirm">

Here my script before :

<?php
$first="select * from members";
$two=mysql_query($first)or die("You Die!"); ?>
<select>
<? while($three=mysql_fetch_array($two)){ ?>
<option value=<? echo $three['firstname'];?><? echo $three['firstname'];?></option>
