Lombok annotations do not recognize under Intellij

My lombok dependencies in parent project

I have a multi module project, which uses the parent pom.xml and in a submodule, i use mapstruct

The project where i use the parent project compile without failure. I have a different project which works very fine with lombok

The lombok plugin is installed to IntelliJ.

Intellij cannot recognize lombok annotation

i have removed the .idea folder and invalidated caches. It works fine
