Question

You uploaded an APK or Android App Bundle which has an activity, activity alias, service or broadcast receiver with intent filter, but without 'android:exported' property set. This file can't be installed on Android 12 or higher. See: developer.android.com/about/versions/12/behavior-changes-12#expor

You have declared for your manifest file, although its weird it should not show this error if you did not use any third party library which could have services or receivers, Please look into manifest merger, it will be a tile below the manifest file when you open it. It will show you the final manifest file which will be included in your apk or aab file.

Side note: You dont need to set exported=true for the meta tags. And try to use work managers to your background work instead of services, they give you a guarantee to execution of your code
