I am facing this error

Please let me know what other information I should share so that we can resolve this issue

Background

1. we are using vertx in our project
2. there is one sub module that is not running and throwing this error
3. while hitting the endpoint from postman we are receiving 404 means it is not able to even reach to the server.

Any help is appreciated.
