I am aware that this question has been asked many times one of them would be this and may be this. This is a most matching question but that didn't work anymore, maybe didn't follow it carefully.

When I do with .content it comes with this:

When I tried to decode:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x83 in position 0: invalid start byte

Please help me out with .content I guess it is not possible with .text.

Basically What I Want is I found from this

The response is compressed with gzip. With urllib/urllib2 you need to handle this explicitly (whereas a higher level library like requests will decompress automatically)

but the problem is I can't decode

You have not completely filled out the header. You need to specify the missing information in accept
