Factory method 'resourceHandlerMapping' threw exception

Question

When I build JAR from Spring Boot application and tries run it I get this error message. In Intellij application runs normally.

I was search similar error and I found info about declared beans and I have only two beans

    public ChromeDriver driver() {
        ChromeOptions options = new ChromeOptions();

        options.addArguments("--no-sandbox");
        options.addArguments("--headless");
        options.addArguments("--disable-dev-shm-usage");

        return new ChromeDriver(options);
    }

    @Bean
    public DataSource datasource() {
        return DataSourceBuilder
                .create()
                .url("jdbc:postgresql://127.0.0.1:5432/tracker")
                .username("tracker")
                .password("tracker")
                .driverClassName("org.postgresql.Driver")
                .build();
    }

I do not use static resources. Can I disable its or fix this?

No it dont works for me, I don't have any app configuration and Post Constructs only selenium and datasource beans which is above — Hubert Kuch, Aug 12 '22 at 11:24
