Get changes from another team members feature branch in their forked repository to my feature branch using Git

Question

I work on a team and we all forked our repositories from a main branch. I am working with another developer and I would like to apply his changes he made to one of his feature branch to my feature branch. Please help me understand the complete process. Also we prefer rebase instead of merge commits when updating our feature branches. Thank you!
