Building a drupal Image from a Dockerfile and Compose File

Question

I am trying to build a Docker drupal container and another database container that is postgres. I will build the drupal image from the Dockerfile below:

Dockerfile:

FROM drupal:9.3.13

RUN apt-get update \
    && apt-get install -y --no-install-recommends \
    git \
    && rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*

WORKDIR /var/www/html/themes

RUN git clone --branch 8.x-4.x --single-branch --depth 1 https://git.drupalcode.org/project/bootstrap.git \
    && chown -R www-data:www-data bootstrap

WORKDIR /var/www/html
