I had the same issue with my Windows installation as in:
Google Chrome browser in Android 12 emulator doesn't load any webpages (internet is working!)
I did solve it following the steps in the previous link but now Im having the same issue in Ubuntu 22.04 and Debian.
Could anyone please let me know how to solve it in Linux? I can't find the solution for Linux.
