I'm trying to convert mysql to mysqli, but I get some errors

1 arbic data show in page ÍáæíÇÊ ÇáÞØÑ

2 and in mysql data is also ÍáæíÇÊ ÇáÞØÑ

3 I want to convert the database to Arabic Such as (حلويات القطر) not ( ÍáæíÇÊ ÇáÞØÑ )

What is the best way to convert all data column(s)
