I have an MS Access database that is used to store activities and dates for several clubs. I want to use this data to produce a monthly calendar of events. The fields are as follows: Region, Club, Event, Event-Date
The final report is to be grouped by Region, Club and Event but I would like the dates for a matching event to appear on the same line. A standard report lists each matching date on a separate line like so:
Region 1
Club A
Club night
4
11
18
25
I need to produce this format:
Region 1
Club A
Club night 4, 11, 18, 25
As you will have guessed, I'm new to Access!
Any help would be much appreciated
