in the CUDA enable GPU product there is a compute capability version for each GPU, does this version (i.e., 8.6, 7.5) any way related with CUDA Toolkit version (i.e., 11.5, 11.7).

No, compute capability refers to the hardware of the device, while CUDA is the version of the software. Not all CUDA versions support all hardware versions, but there are no "numerically" related.
