I have a task for sending a report with template.
Is it possible to make a dataframe with specific order? Please take a look on the picture for better understanding.
I have a data like the picture below,
and from that data i want to transform to another form with specific order.
I want to transform that dataframe, so each 'item' would have 5 'region'.
I hope my question is understandable. Really appreciate for every answer
