Trying to use matplotlib plots to visualize experimental datasets.. Expert is analysing the data by means of visual inspection.
He always zooms on the graphs to inspect some regions.
Is there a possibility to have rectangle coordinates that is under inspection at the moment?
For example - if we need to calculate and display the mean value in the observed region - is it possible to do it online - so that when the user zooms on the plot - we can get region coordinates, process the data and show the value to a user?
