Recently I'm having a big & strange problem with android emulators (with SDK 31). When I create an emulator it works fine, but after I close the Android Studio and open next time, that emulator doesn't works, that won't even turning on, after showing the "Connecting to the emulator" screen for a long time it just throwing timeout error. It is happening to emulators only with SDK 31, emulators with other SDK versions working fine.
I did not check SDK 32 && 33, but I have checked most of the versions below 31, they are working fine.
