We have had reports from some of our testers that the ads in our native android app arent loading for them. I was able to get one of their devices to take a look and it seems that they are receiving the following error when trying to load an ad

So far I have found 3 devices (two huawei and 1 nothing phone) that aren't loading the ads on the production app. All other devices (Pixels, Samsungs) are loading the ads fine.
The devices dont seem to have any ad blockers installed so I'm not quite sure why this would only be happening on some devices. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
