Upgrading fluentui from version 7 to version 8 using codemods (npx @fluentui/codemod)No runnable mods were found in the config file?

Question

I thought Codemods should just run without needing any configuration to take the heavy lifting away?

Multiple Errors created of the following types:

File   getMouseX.ts has had the following mods run:
name:  configMod logdata:  [ 'No runnable mods were found in the config' ]
name:  RepathOfficeImportsToFluent logdata:  [ 'Mod was a NoOp on this file' ]
