Update dataframe cells according to match cells within another dataframe in pandas

Question

I have two dataframes :

df1

Groups Names COL1 COL2 
G1     SP1   1    2
G1     SP6   3    4
G2     SP2   5    6
G2     SP4   7    8

df2

Groups Names COL1 COL2 COL3
G1     SP1   9    10   A
G1     SP6   11   12   B
G1     SP7   8    21   C
G2     SP2   13   14   D
G2     SP4   15   16   E
G3     SP7   21   90   F
G4     SP9   12   83   H

And I just whant to update df2 according to df1 where Groups and Names match and replace by the value within the df1's cells.

I should then get :

Groups Names COL1 COL2 COL3
G1     SP1   1    2    A
G1     SP6   3    4    B
G1     SP7   8    21   C
G2     SP2   5    6    D
G2     SP4   7    8    E
G3     SP7   21   90   F
G4     SP9   12   83   H

Does somoene have an idea please ?
