We are dealing with an issue where our JSP triggers out the XML file which further creates the html file over that jsp, but while accessing these aws deployed jsp's using chrome or edge web browsers we are getting that html rendered web page as plain text, apart from that it seems to be working fine on internet explorer8 and 11. The server which we are using to host our application is IBM WebSphere. More to that this is making the whole page filled with plain html code on the whole screen.

We are thinking to have some meta tags like

X-UA-Compatible tag

more to that have been described below, as it maybe issue with the browser technology https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6771258/what-does-meta-http-equiv-x-ua-compatible-content-ie-edge-do#:~:text=The%20X-UA-Compatible%20meta%20tag%20allows%20web%20authors%20to,honors%20the%20X-UA-Compatible%20meta%20tag%20in%20certain%20circumstances.
