I been trying to install the module "pygame" for python for the past month now and each time I tried to do so they were all fails and the so called "hint" was saying "This is an issue with the package mentioned above, not pip." can every time I look the problem up on google and or YouTube it only shows up problems with pip. and not a package problems. so if anybody here can help me it would be amazing.

every time I look on google "how to install pygame" everybody opened commands prompt and typed "pip install pygame" which I did the same. expecting it to show pygame successfully installed but once that didn't work I eventually ended up here.

  • Above where it says the issue is with the package and not pip it should give you some more infomation (look for works like error or traceback). Please include that in your question so we can better help. – Scott Paterson Dec 07 '22 at 03:40

Did you try reinstalling python or remove and readding pip to path. If you are on Mac, then you should install Qt5. Look at the documentation if confused.
