I am not a noob but Excel and VLookups ... all I want is lookup name to contain the value 1 or 2 and retrieved from the lookups worksheet (and not show #N/A). Simple but I cannot get there. It has to be an exact match. The screenshot shows my current VLOOKUP formula that is clearly wrong.
