So I'm kinda new to programming and I'm trying to recreate Pac-Mac. So far I'm trying to create the board, but it crashes every time I try to run it. Here is the code. Or is there any better alternative to create the board?

Each number represents a single image so I expected that the program would draw the board but probably because its in while loop it constantly blit the images and crashes. I cant figure out how to fix it.
