Office Exchange user service account with valid o365 E3 license getting disabled and we are getting following error after every 3-4 weeks:

Error Message: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed., Mailbox 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx' doesn't have a valid license.

are we missing any configuration settings, etc.

this is happening with valid o365 E3 license, when we create a new account it works as expected but after every 3-4 weeks getting this issue.
