Trouble installing pygame on mac

Question

When I try to install pygame on my m2 macbook air. I tried typing 'pip3 install pygame' in terminal and got this message below. What do I do please? (I also tried installing pygame in pycharm, in preferences, searching for python interpreter 'pygame'-> There was an error during setup as well.)

I tried installing pygame using pip/pip3 in terminal & in pycharm. I was expecting successful installation. I received an error message:
