Is the `cv2` package installed correctly in your environment? Is vscode picking the correct interpreter(**Ctrl+Shift+P-->Python:Select Interpreter**)? This works without any problems on [my machine](https://imgur.com/aZ9XFIQ.png). – JialeDu Dec 21 '22 at 06:25
