I am a Python developer which is writing a automated bots for my requirements. I switched my OS to Fedora from Windows a month ago. After I finished my Fedora familiarization process, I tried to get my bots to work, but I ran into a problem.

There is no problem with the working or performance of the bots. However, if a new tab is opened while the bots are running in the background, they always put Google Chrome at the top.

My bots that work without opening a new tab can still work in the background, but when Chrome switch to a new tab or close the tab are constantly coming to the front and bothering me.

While using Windows, Chrome was sending a red notification below during this process and it didn't bother me. Is this a problem with my new operating system? Is there a solution to this?

thanks in advance

I tried the close the notifications of Google Chrome from GNOME Settings but nothing changed. Explore in the Chrome settings to find something but find nothing.

  • Welcome to Stack Overflow! SO is a Q&A site for *programming related* questions. Please read [Why is "Can someone help me?" not an actual question?](https://meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/284236/why-is-can-someone-help-me-not-an-actual-question). You could rephrase your question, so that it can be answered with code. Otherwise it's probably better off in the [Google Chrome Community](https://support.google.com/). – eDonkey Dec 23 '22 at 08:40
