I have been trying to troubleshoot an issue with Chrome devices not restarting after each user sessions. -All Chrome devices have a third part APP installed for user sessions and Management -Third party APP communicates with GA using Admin SDK API -For some reason restarting Chrome devices after each user sessions are not always working -When Google Admin receive command from third party APP it will issue device command to client Chromebooks -For the devices which are not restarting, there is no device command issued from GA, that keep me thinking there is an issue between third-party APP and GA sometimes.
The Error by API Method have some failure showing in the graph (ccc.hosted.frontend.directory.v1.DirectoryChromeosdevices.IssueCommand:Value:0)

Is there any logs where I can see more elaborated error ? other than from this graph, as this graph doesn't telling what is the reason.
