I tried to run this command in my terminal: sudo apt-get install build-essential
and keep getting this error:
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
LANGUAGE = (unset),
LC_ALL = (unset),
LANG = "C.UTF-8"
are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

dpkg: error: 1 expected program not found in PATH or not executable
Note: root's PATH should usually contain /usr/local/sbin, /usr/sbin and /sbin

I really tried to do everything but i don't know how to fix this. Does anyone know where I can start looking for the problem or have any solution to this?
