We need a bar chart library that can show the data in the graph, the same as attached in the image. are we need to show the data in the bar graph with a line that represents the user data limit?
In the graph, the bar which grows above that line, only that part of the graph colors turns to red.
We've tried some chart libraries but till now no luck
