I wanted to achieve something like this using CIFilter. here I'm googling a lot but not finding any best solutions. Thanks in advance.

I tried in many ways but nothing worked for me. When I googled then I found that I can achieve this with the help of GPUImage3. When I tried with the same I got so many syntax errors and all and now I got confused that how to achieve this with this library.
