I am creating a water calculator for a machine that generates water from air. I have an Excel sheet with values where the first row contains relative humidity and the first column contains temperature, as shown in the image below. On the website, I provide a drop-down box for users to select temperature and relative humidity. For example, if the user selects a temperature of -7 Celsius and a relative humidity of 10, I expect a result of 0.3, as shown in the image. However, I am having trouble understanding how to do this. Can anyone help me?
