I have a 2D array and I want to convert into list.
My current code can convert into array:
z=[[0 for x in range(0,11)] for y in range(0,11)]
for y in range (0,11):
x=0
z[x][y]=((20-10)/10.0*y+10)
for y in range (0,11):

z[x][y]=((60-20)/10.0*y+20)
for y in range (0,11):
