I have a CSV file that has data for thousands of locations based on latitude and longitude. I want to extract only a few hundred based on a station list (CSV file), which has lat and long details (Locations.csv). Please [make this question reproducible](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5963269/how-to-make-a-great-r-reproducible-example) by including a small representative dataset in a plain text format.
