UFS registration fails

Im trying to create account for user access on CLC and am getting this error consistently

Unable to create domain id
[root@localhost ~]# euctl system.dns.dnsdomain=mycloud.example.com euctl: error: No properties endpoint to connect to was given. Configured regions with properties endpoints are: localhost
Tried restarting cloud services, check local host config on eucaconsole file
