I would like to integrate my postgresql database as a data source into my Power BI as a basis for analyzing the database.

Since the database is internal, I installed a gateway on another server that accesses the database. I set up the gateway and made a data source out of it but I can't find the data source anywhere.

  • Can you see the gateway in the Power BI Service, have you set up the data source there? You connect to your data source in desktop, then when you load it to the service it then picks up the gateway. The way you are describing it, you are looking for a data source to connect to, it is not like that. – Jon Mar 07 '23 at 15:42
