I created the following large list which store 12 nc files (that I cleaned) enter image description here

Each nc file represent the SIF(sun induced fluorescence) per month per year per grid cell.

But what I would like at the end is:

  1. aggregating per year my SIF values.
  2. create only one nc file merging the 12 files altogether.

I want to keep it as a list format.
