I am unable to launch the URL. I am unable to run the following program successfully.

Code:

import org.openqa.selenium.WebDriver;
import org.openqa.selenium.chrome.ChromeDriver;

public class FirstJavaProgram {
    @SuppressWarnings("unused")
    public static void main(String[] args)
    {
        System.setProperty("webdriver.chrome.driver", "C:\\Users\\Shobhita\\Downloads\\chromedriver_win32\\chromedriver.exe");
        //@SuppressWarnings("unused")
        WebDriver driver=new ChromeDriver();
        driver.get("https://google.com");
    }
}

Console:

Question was already answered here - Java.io.IOException: Invalid Status code=403 text=Forbidden

The changes that have also worked for me are the following:

System.setProperty("webdriver.chrome.driver", "C:\\Users\\Shobhita\\Downloads\\chromedriver_win32\\chromedriver.exe");
ChromeOptions options = new ChromeOptions();
options.addArguments("--remote-allow-origins=*")
WebDriver driver=new ChromeDriver(options);
driver.get("https://google.com");
