I can't install react in vs code by using npx create-react-app

When I am trying to use npx create-react-app it throws an error.

I have no idea what is going on here. I tried npm cache clean --force but still shows the error.

node version - v16.13.0 npm version - 8.1.0

Possibly you can share your `npm config`- error suggests there's an issue with a proxy. – JBallin Mar 22 '23 at 05:36
