When you apply fetch = FetchType.LAZY, what cases actually trigger the loading?
Surprisingly, I can't find any documentation on this.
I believe this is a different question from What is lazy loading in Hibernate? because that question is about the concept of lazy loading while this question is specifically asking for all the conditions when the loading actually happens. This is evident by the fact that none of the answers in that question actually list out all the conditions for when the loading happens.
