In MS-Access there was a really handy feature called "Zoom" that allowed one to edit large text cells (columns) without a lot of scrolling or re-pasting. You'd press Shift F2 and a multi-line edit box would pop up (see sample). Is there anything equivalent in MS-SQL-Server-Management-Studio (SSMS)?

No; but then SQL Server isn't Access. If you do need to be able to view, and edit, your data like this then SSMS shouldn't be your tool of choice. – Thom A Mar 30 '23 at 22:37
