I am trying to use Taylor's diagram with NCL, but I discovered the model variable has 4-time steps (e.g var1(time,le,lon,lat)) while the observation variable has 2-time steps (e.g var2(lon,lat)). I have already computed the mean for the model while the observation is already at the mean mode
I tried to keep the level at a constant level = 1 for var1 but it does not work Could there be any other way of handling variable differences like this
I would love to hear your comments
wit regards
Julius
I have tried to keep the var1 level= 1 constant (where level=34) I have also found the mean so that both will be in the same mean mode
I expected to find the correllation and the bias between the two variables with the aid of Taylor's diagram
