If you using Teams on a Google Pixel phone, and your Bluetooth headset immediately disconnects and Teams defaults to device when you try to use it during a Teams call or meeting, go to Settings --> Apps --> Pixel Buds and DISABLE this app. It appears to interfere with Bluetooth connectivity in Teams.

Try lots of methods and this one below works for me.

Fixed---

  1. Remove the Teams app from my mobile phone. It should clear all data of the App.
  2. Reinstall Teams app from Android Play store.
  3. Before open the app, navigate to Settings -> Apps -> Teams -> Permissions -> Allow all access (Must enable "Nearby devices")
  4. Connect to my bluetooth headset
  5. Open Teams App and join a meeting with Bluetooth audio.

Then it worked.
