I'm building remote control iOS app for TVs. It is quite clear what SDK/API to use when it comes to Samsung (Tizen), LG (WebOS), Roku.

I can not understand how can I connect to Android TV. I have a partly-working solution with Google Cast but it really does not fully solve the problem. What could you recommend for Android TV? Appreciate any help.
