We have an App Service under Azure Gov Cloud set up as PHP 8.2. We need to process all .html AND .php files through PHP - I have tried various solutions and none of them seem to work.
Anyone have a solution?
We have set the PHP_EXTENSIONS value to "html" per one suggestion, etc.
I had to create a startup script on azure:
