I am trying to install pattern Python package in AWS SageMaker notebook instance, but got the error as following:

Collecting mysqlclient
  Using cached mysqlclient-2.1.1.tar.gz (88 kB)
  Preparing metadata (setup.py) ... error
  error: subprocess-exited-with-error

× python setup.py egg_info did not run successfully.

note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.
error: metadata-generation-failed

× Encountered error while generating package metadata.

note: This is an issue with the package mentioned above, not pip.
hint: See above for details.

When I am using my local machine (macOS), I solved the issue by typing the following command.

brew install mysql

How can I do the same thing in AWS SagaMaker notebook instance terminal? Thank you.
