I already know the how to migrate a repo from gitlab to github. I also know to use git-lfs if my if my repo is too big or i have large files. How can I determine if given a repo to migrate I need to use git-lfs or not? Do I just need to inspect if the blobs for the repo exceed the max size as explained below then proceed with my migration steps to use lfs or not?
