What is the impact of the recent interface or policy update by Microsoft 365 on our organization's ability to activate all features using E3 licenses for subusers? Previously, we could easily configure the main user and switch the account to provide E3 licenses to subusers, but now it seems to be ineffective. Could anyone please clarify the changes in the interface or policy that have caused this issue and provide guidance on how we can properly activate E3 licenses for subusers under the new circumstances?

Previously, we could configure the main user, switch the account, and assign an additional E3 license to enable all features. However, this method no longer works. Could you please provide guidance on the updated process for activating E3 licenses for subusers?
