I am trying to kubectl -f apply a calico plugin, but I keep getting an error: "The connection to the server localhost:8080 was refused - did you specify the right host or port? how do i fix this issue.
i tried the calico plugin command for cluster networking so as to enable communicatiuon inside the cluster but it shows error.
